Luxurious use of delicious ingredients from all over Japan
Before the Meiji era, Shinjuku 1-1-1 flourished as a post town for travelers visiting Edo. We serve dishes made with delicious ingredients from all over Japan so that you can experience a little of that past. All of our dishes are top-notch, including Tsuyahime and Hidaka kelp from Yamagata Prefecture, Wadakyu's special shavings, and Tateyama Ham sausages.
Numerous dishes that bring out the best in the ingredients
You can enjoy dishes that are carefully made, such as the exquisite Kamameshi Ochazuke (rice bowl with tea) made with golden rice and the special soup from Tsukiji's long-established restaurant "Wadakyu", Kyoto-style rolled egg with whitebait sauce, and red sea bream carpaccio seasoned with yuzu. Desserts such as Uji Kintoki Kama-gori (ice cream cone with condensed milk) and Sakura Komochi (small rice cakes) are also very popular.
A Reiwa-era teahouse that you'll want to drop in to casually
The concept of our restaurant is "Reiwa teahouse." We hope to be a place where tired travelers and hungry people can drop in casually to relax and fill their stomachs. Our modern Japanese restaurant has both table seating and private rooms. Please come and enjoy a relaxing time with delicious food.
